* As you patrol the south side and approach the Twenty-first Hall: South Arch, the dialog, There are no enemies in sight, but something catches your eye appears on the screen, a quest will be auto-bestowed ... A Chill Draft [6.4S, 105.7W] The quest auto-completes when you have lit the 8th torch. Currently (1 March 2013) Objective 2 is redundant. It appears the dialog is wrong. This has been bugged.

Objective 1 Light blown out torches (0/8) Blown-out torches can be found near the south arch of the Twenty-first Hall. You should light the torches to stave off the chill draft.
