Globsnaga Goblin Outcasts

Globsnaga (Black Speech for Filth-slave) refers to creatures in Moria suffering from a fungal infection emanating from the Foundations of Stone. The disease is characterized by bulging red growths, and the infected are driven mad with anguish. Some of them have retained glimpses of sanity, and have formed loose tribes like the ones in the Foundations of Stone.
