• On any damage:
  Reflect 25% of Fire Damage
  25% chance to Reflect effect:
  Decreases your attack speed. More instances will further decrease your attack speed.
  -10% attack speed
• Duration: 5m

Fiery Retribution is an innate ability found on some sorcerers. Players who attack a sorcerer have a chance to receive reflected damage and have their attack speed slowed.
