Each rank of Diminished Targets increases the duration of this debuff to a maximum of 30 seconds at rank 5 for a total duration of 1 minute.

The Warden Word of Mastery tracery Marked and Diminished Target Potency increases the debuff of this effect by 1.6 to 2.2% for a maximum of 7.2%.
