Kíli (Northern for Wedge) was the son of Kalin and Dís, and brohter to Fíli. His uncle was Thorin Oakenshield. He was part of Thorin's Company in the quest for Erebor in Third Age 2941. Like his brother, he was killed in the Battle of Five Armies while defending his dying uncle.
