Cirith Ungol

I don't want to interfere with your edits, but I suggest you rename the Cirith Ungol article to "Tower of Cirith Ungol". It's really not an area in Lhingris, just a landmark. --Thurallor (talk) 19:30, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

What is going on with the Cirith Ungol? I saw a bunch of redirects created for several pages but have no idea what they are for (probably a question for Thurallor) --Drono (talk) 10:48, 24 August 2020 (UTC)

There's an area in the Morgul Vale along with a small area and a landmark in Gorgoroth that are all called 'Cirith Ungol' and sorting those out and working on the links to the right pages has been a bit of a project. Thalion (talk) 15:13, 24 August 2020 (UTC)

Elderslade

Thanks for adding more flavor to the NPC's description in Elderslade that I added, you are definitely better at that than I am :D At the time I was mostly just going through trying to get the NPC's added because I was tired of the red links. Reward updates for scaling missions

Hi Thalion, thanks for updating the rewards for quests. With regard to Quest:March on Gundabad: Assisting the War Effort (Daily): This quest is level-independent, and I think probably the rewards scale with the character's level. okee. i don't know if that one in particular scales- and if it does, i don't know that the rewards would change, as Quest:A Call To War (lv130) is the prereq for Quest:March on Gundabad: Assisting the War Effort (Daily). there is also Quest:March on Gundabad: Missions for the Cause that's available to anyone who's finished Quest:Mission: The Main Gates Thalion (talk) 02:23, 22 October 2021 (UTC)

Ah, good point. If it has a prerequisite that is a level-130 quest, then obviously it can't scale below level 130. I guess the quest is incorrectly marked as "scaling". —Thurallor (talk) 04:45, 22 October 2021 (UTC)

Summary when creating pages

Hi Thalion! Could you please fill out the summary field on page creation? Especially when creating a lot of new pages, since by default the whole page contents gets pulled as summary – which gets very long and makes e.g. 'Recent Changes' and similar much harder to read. So if you could just put something in the summary field – like "New item" or "Create page" or whatever you find suitable – to prevent this from happening, that would be totally awesome!
