Hey Sargeantneo, and welcome to the wiki! I have a tip for you if you want to add new items: use Create new item and fill in the name. That way you automatically get the correct page name with a pre-made template that you can fill in. It automatically looks like the other items on the wiki then, too. I corrected your Grand Axe of Reaping this way. The only thing that is missing is the icon and the quality (normal = white, uncommon = yellow etc).
