Quest Experience

We do not include the quest experience earned on quest completion, as it is not listed in the quest reward section. There is one deed that I recall which explicitly grants experience as a reward, but almost all other deeds and quests do not list XP as a reward.

There is a very good reason for that. Almost everything grants XP. However, the amount of XP earned is dependent on a number of factors which makes the number highly variable. If you are a VIP, the amount of quest XP earned depends on whether you have a rest XP bonus or not. I am playing a character that currently has Enhanced XP, which earn double XP, while the blue bar remains. The state of the Ettenmoors can give a 3% bonus (or at least it used to). Some foods, tomes and fine drinks can also give bonuses. E.g. Item:Tome of Extraordinary Experience.

There is a base XP amount which is used to calculate an after-bonus value for the XP you receive, however that calculation includes so many hidden variables it is difficult to reverse the calculation. As soon as you start earning item XP (IXP) for your legendary items (at around level 50) or steed XP (SXP) for your war-steed (around level 75), you will see a value which I think fairly closely reflects the base value from which earned XP is calculated. Both of IXP and SXP are currently modifiable by many fewer factors than XP.
