This is an easy thing to get wrong. The bold objective text has to be transcribed from the quest tracker or active quest log, either live or from a screenshot. The bestowal, background and objective descriptions can be copy/pasted from the active or completed quest log. If you miss capturing that text as it appears, you have to cancel the quest, or hope someone else catches the discrepancy.

I think this text is also often subject to silent revision by Turbine, as I have seen many subtle wording changes. Things like "Return to NPC" vs "Talk to NPC in <location>".

Anyway, usually, we just fix the quest article to match the current appearance of the quest in-game, and move on.
