Amthindur was born on a rare night, the night of the lunar eclipse. This night gave he and his twin Faothalion extraordinary powers. Sauron wanted to capture these twins and use them to unholy ends and use them to breed a new army of orcs. Spirited away in the dead of night their home was razed to the ground. Amth was sent to Lothlorien to be raised by Celeborn and the Lady Galadriel. Fao was sent to Rivendell to be raised by Elrond Half-elven and his sons.

On a Moonless Night

A hunter stalks his prey in the night, the moonlight shining like sunshine through the trees. His blue eyes shine in the night as he observes his prey watching the guards change watch speaking in grunts. He crouched in the tree he had chosen for his watch. His keen eyesight, keener then any elf due to his unusual powers.

He pulled his bow off of his back running his fingers down it's familiar length, he cared for this bow from childhood the only reminder of his parents and his old life. He remembered hunting with his father using this bow.

He strung the bow nocking an arrow and pulling it back, it released with a silent twang knocking out the orc standing north of the camp, his fall going unnoticed. He followed the same with the last 4 orcs, he watched this camp for days knowing when the watches changed, they wouldn't me missed until dawn plenty of time. He jumped down from the tree whistling a bird call, 5 elves jumped from the trees. Several hand gestures later a plan was lain out before them, they stormed the camp taking the orcs by surprise and the night was stained with blood and he watched the camp burn...
