Can this trait take these skills 5% above crit cap?? The way i understand it is: + crit rating helps get you to cap, BUT a straight +% can take you above cap. Asurmen32 (talk) 19:20, 16 December 2012 (EST)

I double-checked the in-game tooltip and it looks like you were right, Emri, to try creating this at Strike From Shadows. Now I have to undo all my moves and stuff, heh. Also be careful of oddities in the tooltip text, as not all lines are always consistent. Sethladan 01:57, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
