It is no longer true that you get this after completing 30 quests ... I am not sure what you need to do or if it is even available anymore. If anyone knows, I would really appreciate a comment here as to how you can get it. -14:44, 10 January 2015‎ Corhub

I think that this deed was removed, as I can do the Final Act quest on characters that haven't done 30 quests yet. Balorgor (talk) 23:08, 10 January 2015 (UTC)

I think that's true and the requirement now is the other deed that requires 30 quests done.
