Walkthrough & Notes

Once you get to Acquaintance with the Galadhrim, you will get this quest from any Galadhrim Lookout and after talking with him again you will gain access to the wood of Lothlórien. NOTE: This quest was removed with "Update 2 Echoes of The Dead" -- "Players no longer are required to complete the quest “The Trust of Lórien” to enter Lórien. The title “Trusted in Lothlórien” is now bestowed upon reaching the appropriate reputation instead. This will make it so players with the appropriate reputation, no longer become a pincussion when you embark on Volume 2, Book 7 Chapter 1, without completing “The Trust of Lórien” ."

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'You have earned the trust of my people, <name>, but it will do you no good to pass beneath the eaves of the forest unless someone alerts the archers hidden along the border of your nature. 'I will do this. Speak to me again when you wish to enter Lothlórien.' Background You have earned the trust of the Elves of Lothlórien, and the Galadhrim Archers at the border must be told you are not an enemy. Objective 1 The Galadhrim Lookouts along the border are waiting to speak with you. Talk to a Galadhrim Lookout 'I will spread the word to my people that you are not an enemy, <name>. You can now pass beyond the borders of Lothlórien without incident.'
