Bestowal Dialogue

'Stop! Do not go that way, lest you fancy fighting the very trees themselves. I am Alêtifa, and I am come north, following hints that a previously unknown ore was to be found in the rocks about the waterfall at the top of this stream.

'Little did I know, wood-trolls infest these parts. I haven't been able to get any closer, but you look like someone who might be able to. I shall reward you if you clear out some of those overgrown weeds and bring me back what ore you might find.'

Background

Among the rocks that line the banks of a crashing waterfall, a strange ore has been discovered. Getting to it, however, will take some skill.

Objective 1

  • Collect flood-iron (0/6)
  • Defeat wood-trolls (0/9)

Alêtifa has charged you with gathering ore and thinning the number of wood-trolls blocking the way to the nearby waterfall. Wood-trolls and ore can be found in north-western Pinnath Gelin.

Objective 2

You should let Alêtifa know that you have cleared some of the wood-trolls out of the area and bring her the ore you gathered. Alêtifa is waiting by the banks of the Hathollant, in north-western Pinnath Gelin.

Alêtifa: 'Well look at you. You survived! And with a sack of ore for me to examine? Ahh, may your beard grow thick and lush. Give it here then!'
