Presumably, the Orcs intend to avoid the perils of the Circle of Despair and gain an advantage over the Rangers now seeking shelter within Barad Arthir. You should destroy the ladder-bridges before more of Ugrukhôr's forces are allowed to climb higher into the Dead City. Background The Orcs of Ugrukhôr's forces have begun to construct ladder-bridges over the Circle of Despair. Objective 1 Destroy Orkish ladder-bridges in the Circle of Despair Orkish ladder-bridges can be found in the Circle of Despair. Objective 2 Destroy Orkish ladder-bridges in the Circle of Despair (0/8) Orkish ladder-bridges can be found in the Circle of Despair. While working to secure the Circle of Despair, you encountered a number of Orkish ladder-bridges constructed by Ugrukhôr's Orcs to climb higher into Minas Morgul. You should destroy them.
