In the year 1697 of the Second Age, Aegres Celebelass (Sindarin for Silverleaf) was born in the newly established Elven City of Rivendell. His parents fell during the siege on Rivendell just two years later, causing he and his brother, Ulerhond Celebelass, to be raised by the House of Elrond Halfelven.

Aegres was a student of Elrond Halfelven, learning all he could about hunting, archery, and the art of Woodcrafting. At the age of 1014, he began crafting masterwork level woodworking and produced some of the highest quality works of the woodsmiths from Imladris. With the conclusion of his studies, he spent much time exploring Middle-earth.

In 3430 of the Second Age, Aegres was responsible for the command 300 Elven Archers during The Last Alliance of Elves and Men. The war raged for eleven years, ending with the eventual defeat of Sauron. The Second Age ended with the war's conclusion and the Third Age of the World began.
