Updated Boilerplate
After giving Rangers of Esteldín a needed face-lift I took myself the freedom to polish this boilerplate. Essentially it was good, just a bit wordy which always shadows the data a wiki should provide first of all. Some sections were relocated to make better sense. And hid e.g. tasks and deeds under a collapsed table to save vertical space but still provide them for the interested reader.
