Bestowal Dialogue

'While we work, perhaps you can quiet some of the warg-voices that trouble the stillness, <name>. Ránulur's brothers and sisters will not abandon their efforts to avenge him upon us; would we, in their position? You know we would not.

'I ask that you also keep your eyes open for the missing Black Stone Anvil, or some sign of its passage. Be not blinded by the beauty of the once-verdant ladder-gardens! We are here for a purpose, and should see it done.'

Bósi chuckles.

'I know you would not be so distracted, <name>. I was speaking more to myself than to you. Not since Khazad-dûm have I seen such beautiful terraces, and... ah, it does not matter. Good fortune go with you, my friend. When you return perhaps we will know where next to search.'

Background

The Longbeards of the Iron Garrison comb the gardens of Akrakír for the missing Black Stone Anvil, hoping to find the ancient before it is put to some terrible purpose by their enemies.

Objective 1

Bósi has asked you to search a number of locations within Clovengap for the missing Black Stone Anvil, and to defeat the wargs charged with protecting the area from intruders.

All is silent in the old vineyard, any fruitful pursuit there long abandoned
Hornets have occupied Dashât-zahar. The Angmarim will not trouble to come here
The Angmarim are here in great numbers, but of the Black Stone Anvil there is no sign

Objective 2

  • Talk to Bósi in Clovengap

Bósi is at his camp not far from the southwestern entrance to Clovengap.

Bósi: 'You are back, and sooner than I expected! What did your explorations teach you of this place? Was there any sign of the object of our search?'
