If you find it elsewhere, try to find which category puts itself into a category (or itself) that creates a loop, and rectify the situation. Categories should always fall into a "parent" category towards the topmost category, which at this place is Category:Lord of the Rings Online. A category may fall sideways, but never so that that other category falls back and so creates a loop. In this case I believe MW somehow has broken their loop-detection routines and thus... . Usually this is not a problem as normal browsing is not affected, but any logic that wants to display the tree structure.
