The passive -...% Lore Power Cost that can be found on Second age and First age Lore-master Books reduces the power cost of this skill by up to seven percent.
This skill does not stack with Wind-lore of other Lore-masters.
Tactical Information
It is worth noting that Wind-lore is an AoE skill. While it does not deal damage and thus will not break crowd-control, it might pull additional enemies if not handled carefully.
The main use of this skill is to spread the debuffs of Fire-lore and Wind-lore to nearby enemies, to decrease the melee or tactical damage dealt by an entire group of enemies.
