Fellowship of the Shield trait set bonus, the same benefits of the Watchful Shield-brother skill and related skills go to the captain.
Effects
Using this skill will cause 
Watchful Shield-brother to occur on the Captain's targeted ally.

The shield-brother gets the buff at the captain's level or at most 9 levels above the shield-brother's level, whichever is less.
