Verbena Greenhand the Festivity Token Vendor can be found at the following locations;

• As a Summer Festivity Token Vendor who can be found at the Party Tree in the Shire beginning with the Summer Festival 2018, and the Farmers Faire from 2020 onward.
• As a Yule Festivity Token Vendor who can be at Frostbluff beginning with the Yule Festival 2018.
• As a Spring Festivity Token Vendor who can be found at Festival Grounds during the Spring Festival (^{[24.6S, 51.5W]}).

Verbena was originally a Games-master NPC that appeared as part of Update 20.1.2 during the LOTRO Anniversary Celebration and was found at the Bree Market Square. After Update 22.1.1 Verbena disappeared from Bree only to reappear as a Summer Festival vendor in the Shire and as a Yule Festival vendor at Frostbluff as part of Update 23.1.7.
