Release Notes Update 7.3.1 - Official

General

Addressed an issue that allowed for unintended gameplay.
We have gone to great lengths to explain to the residents of Stangard that Elves are truly wonderful folk and excluding them from their Mead Hall is very bad form. As a result, Elves are once again welcome to enter the Mead hall.
