This is a Public Dungeon, a cave system filled with trolls, that is located in the middle of North Trollshaws, east of Barad Remmellad.

Compared to its counterpart, Torogrod, this cave is less cramped, but also a fraction of the size. As with the rest of the North Trollshaws, one should use caution when exploring these caves alone.
