Location
The Brackwater is a landmark within the Walls of Moria in Eregion. It is a cavern only accessible during Volume II, Book 1: The Walls of Moria. Once the Dwarven Expedition has re-opened the Hollin Gate, the quests in Book 1 are no longer available.
