Rank Needed: 5 (trait Telling Mark)

Traits

The trait Advantageous Attack from the Lead the Charge branch increases the incoming damage debuff to +5%, and also causes  Shadow's Lament to deal additional damage to a target under this effect.

Effects

Using this skill causes  Telling Mark to occur on your target.
