I think the Superior Farmlands at West Bree Gate are no longer there. This page should be updated. I may do it myself if I find them.
As of Update 11: Treachery of the White Hand, LOTRO adjusted ALL crafting facilities to be used as regular and superior across the world. All non-unique facilities have had the word 'Superior' removed from their names. I don't know how this affected the Artisan quests.

- I do not know if coordinates are accurate, but the farmlands in west bree are still there and usable in high tier recipes.
- I thought they had simply updated the bree one to have superior in it (I actually don't even recall if you could use those before), but if there is no longer this requirement this page might just become obsolete then. Have to check on it later.
