Stangard is still (after 6 March update) "missing" trainers, forge/relic masters, etc. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Magill (Contribs • User Talk) at 2012-03-07T22:04:56.

I thought they might be in one of the building I had not visited. RingTailCat (talk) 05:08, 8 March 2012 (EST)

Possible, didn't think of that. They don't show on the map however. I have only been inside two of the main buildings. Stangard has 5 POI flags... might be one of them that isn't labeled -- one is the Skrimish Camp.

Look at the page and see how the size of the milepost fits? On my screen it doesn't crowd anything out or into weird places -- but I use a wide browser, close to 8 1/2 inches wide!. (I have a 27 inch screen and keep 2 windows open most of the time :)

Oh yeah, one thing I forgot... at the stable master entry is a setup I don't understand. (haven't seen it used before.) [[x|NPC]] and {{:x|NPC}} They look like they are for a transclusion... assuming that the Stable Master has a name and that will include him?

Sorry about the [[x|NPC]] and {{:x|NPC}}. Without the "x|" it tries to transclude the page named NPC. What you are supposed to do is substitute the NPC's name in place of the string NPC. I just fudged it to not make a mess of the page. RingTailCat (talk) 04:21, 9 March 2012 (EST)

NO trainers ... at least in the beta

I was in Stangard for a couple hours early this morning. Checked out every interior -- quite impressive. I didn't realize how many structures were both "enterable" as well as contained something. The only building I could not enter required rep with some faction, that I did not have.

I did not find any Trainers, or Barbers. But did find the Vault and Auction house, and the relic/forge-masters. Thinking about it, you need to be lvl 75 to get to Stangard in the first place, so there may be trainers added whenever the Level Cap is raised. -- no need for them otherwise. Quests in Stangard

I added "all" the Stangard quests to the page.. However it is only in Alphabetical Sequence from the Quest log, and the Quests are gated. At the moment I don't have an eligible toon that has not done them yet. :( So, if anybody has the sequence please re-arrange them appropriately.

I also have a bug in on the fact that -- if you completed the initial quests Quest: Hospitality in a Strange Land and/or Quest:Hungry Men, Hungry Horses during the first week or so of their availability, which was before the Stangard Explorer Deed was created, you cannot complete the deed as you cannot gain access to the Jail (Lockhouse) again. (Unless, once you gain Kindred -- which is needed to get into the Abandoned House -- you also gain access to the Lockhouse again.)

It looks like all but three of the Eorlsmead Quests start in Stangard. The list ordering on that page reflects the "gating" of the quests. Numbered quests are available sequentially. Bulletted quests are available simultaneously. Indentation reflects dependencies. RingTailCat (talk) 03:42, 23 June 2012 (EDT)

Hmmm... after Stanric's Stand (and instance) Gadda sends me off to Quest: The Stone of Friendship -- there are no other quest rings in Stangard. (Gadda has a quest comment ring over his head and asks if I can't find the place.) Does that imply that doing the quests in the Wailing Hills are the pre-reqs for the next one: Change for the Worst -- Sabert? (Aside from NOT having completed Gadda's last quest, I have done ?all?most? of the Wailing Hills quests, and all of the Lim light Gorge quests (and the dailies multiple times) except the Roots of Fangorn series. ... unless of course, my early quest completion has screwed things up.

Yes, you get sent of to the Wailing Hills; do a few quests; and get sent back to Stangard from two quest lines. Quest:A Prisoner to Stangard sends you back to Stangard. You get sent out to Frithstan's Camp, and later Quest:A Message From Stangard sends you back to Stangard. RingTailCat (talk) 20:03, 23 June 2012 (EDT)
