Dropping Grisly Bat-talon?

Can somebody verify that Piercing Dark-claws drop Grisly bat-talons? I've killed around 20 in Manarbul and have yet to see one drop. Xyzzy (talk) 23:14, 15 January 2013 (EST)

I had the same experience in Manarbul, but had a nearly 100% drop rate from Wild Bloodfangs in Himbar, just outside of Gath Fortnir in Angmar. 11:20, 24 January 2015 (PST)
