Old Bloodtusk is Gone

In the early days in LOTRO the hobbit/man intro quests had one called Old Bloodtusk (see introduction Quests history for update on 9 Jun 2008 10:21). Old Bloodtusk appeared when this quest was active.

This quest was removed in the F2P revamp in 2010, or thereabouts (see Introduction quests for 14 Feb 2011, the quest has been removed).

LOTRO have acknowledged he is gone in two ways;

• play at the Frostbluff theater "an ode to old bloodtusk"
• the son of old bloodtusk, Big Bloodtusk has a den in Dunland and a quest

As he only appeared during this quest, he is now obsolete. As the Wiki retains current game, he should be deleted along with his image. If people disagree, how should he be handled? I will remove him from beeing listed as a mob in Archet dale - I spent hours wandering around to see if he popped up, but nothing, hence this research. Noddi (talk) 15:14, 15 December 2016 (UTC)
