Effect
Due to a discussion I had I'm lead to believe that effectiveness, at least in part, contributes to your chance to hit. The reason is that my friend who originally played a Dwarf Champion is now playing a Human Champion and believes that the Human is missing much less than the Dwarf. Obviously this isn't enough to assume anything but is enough to investigate its effect in terms of hit chance.--Btomaj 21:53, 4 March 2008 (PST)
