Is this deed bugged, or gone? You used to get a message that you had met so-and-so when you approached them. I made it a point to go around to all of them and nothing happened. I believe the same is true for the Captains. Rpw1066 (talk) 22:41, 4 April 2024 (UTC)

I just tested it a bit on one my alts (who already had the deed started) and it seems to be working for me, for this one and for Captains and Wardens both. However bringing a new alt to the city, they didn't get any of the deeds bestowed. Thalion (talk) 00:38, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
