With Update 7 "A Quiet Calm" appears twice -- each with a different tool tip.
One is the tool tip here.
The other is "+3% Experience Gain".
I assume that the dialog in the page is also wrong now...
- "except instances and the Ettenmoors"
As the bonuses -- Glory Gain and Commendation Gain -- apply ONLY to the Ettenmoors.
I haven't read the release notes to see what (if anything) was said about the change in the bonuses.
I did bug the fact that there are TWO "A Quiet Calm" buffs appearing during the beta. I suspect that in the next patch one or the other of these effects will change. Probably along with the dialog in the tool-tip. --Wm Magill - Valamar - OTG/OTC (talk) 23:49, 25 May 2012 (EDT)
