This toggle skill applies Take to Heart (Effect) and Marked by Light.
Trait Information
The set bonus Disabling Strikes in the Fighter of Shadow trait tree increases the miss chance debuff.
The set bonus Flash of Light in the Fighter of Shadow trait tree causes attacks against the marked target to deal Light damage to nearby enemies.
The set bonus Mark of Permanence in the Fighter of Shadow trait tree makes all your debuffs on the marked target permanent in duration.
The set bonus Incapacitation in the Fighter of Shadow trait tree increases the potency of your debuffs on the marked target.
Tactical Information
This skill has several interactions with other skills and traits in the tree (see above). The passive of this tree gives all your attacks against the marked target a 10% chance to restore 5% of your max Morale and the effects of the skill
