Sulmog the "Tempest-fang" may occasionally be found roaming a wide area within the Northern High Pass of the Misty Mountains.

It shares spawn timer with the Antlered King, meaning only one or the other may be present at any given time.

Sulmog or The Antlered King are typically found when "The Blizzard," reminiscent of the storm which wiped out the inhabitants of Hrimbarg, happens in the High Pass area of the Misty Mountains. During this intense snow storm, visibility drops to virtually zero and they are most easily found with a Hunter's tracking ability.
