Description
Soltakh is found at Fail-á-Khro in Angmar. He was once known as Drostan of the Trév Duvárdain, but was defeated in the rite of Clúcath against the Trév Gállorg. At that time he was stripped of his name as well as exiled from the tribe. However, the Trév Gállorg mercifully welcomed him and named him Soltakh, meaning "He Who is Changed." Now he is trying to redeem himself.
