Additional Information

The best way to complete this deed is by killing Orcs in The Ring-forge at Tham Mírdain, therefore you must start the quest Volume I, Book 14, The Doom of the North (which is also repeatable at the Pool in Rivendell after completing once), clear the whole first area and reset the instance.
