Traits

The legendary trait Force of Will increases the magnitude of the this skill by adding -(Level × 20) Critical Rating, and extends the duration of the debuff applied by this skill by 30s.

Effects

Using this skill causes  Sign of Power: See All Ends to occur on an enemy target.

Interactions

The Lore-master's Book Legacy Signs of Power Durations increases the duration of the buff that is applied by this skill by up to 30s.
The Lore-master's Imbued Book Legacy Signs of Power Durations and Signs of Power Debuff Rating increases the duration of the debuff that is applied by this skill by up to 35s and adds -3400 rating.

Equipping five pieces of the Raiments of the Spellweaver set adds +5% Incoming Critical Chance to the debuff applied by the skill.

Tactical Information

Unlike other Lore-master debuffs, Sign of Power: See All Ends can only be used on one target, reducing its chance to hit critically greatly. It is thus a wise decision to use it on the enemy that you expect to hit hardest. In group challenges with hard hitting opponents, the skill becomes particularly valuable when having five yellow traits and the capstone Force of Will equipped, allowing you to keep its debuff up 100% of the time (granted you are using the legacy), as well as reducing the chance the opponent will hit critically even more. Doing so will reduce the incoming damage of your group over the course of a long fight greatly.

Wearing five pieces of the Raiments of the Spellweaver set in addition increases the damage dealt by your group by increasing the chance to hit critically on the target by five percent.

Just like Sign of Power: Command, Sign of Power: See All Ends will not cause an enemy to aggro. You can thus apply it before entering combat. Using it on a stealthed enemy will break it out of stealth, but does not aggro it.
