Together with Scribe's Spark, this lightning skill is available in all three specializations. This skill can hit hard when cashing out full attunement and the stun can be useful in PvE. However, in a longer fight it is usually better not to consume your attunement to keep up the buff to critical chance from the set bonus Tale of The Storm.
