Tactical Information
When all traits and legacies are upgraded to max rank and tier, this skill provides the Rune-keeper with a powerful self-heal that can be used on the move with a short cooldown (15 seconds). Therefore, all Rune-keeper builds (Healer or DPS) use the legacy and invest points into the red line to get the traits (if they can afford it).
