Scions
Scions have a random chance to appear in higher tier instances (currently tier 4 and tier 5). They are standard instance mobs with the 
Scion of Sauron buff present on them, accompanied with specific scion type buff.
Scion types
Scion of Corruption - inflicts Scion of Corruption- Scion of Defiance - causes Defiance on nearby mobs
- Scion of Despair - causes Despair on nearby mobs
- Scion of Hatred - Drops fire puddles causing Fire Circle on players

- Scion of Sloth - causes Hatred debuff on nearby players
