Description
Rovalang is a man of Gondor and a renowned Swan Knight of Dol Amroth. He has recently been sent to the Blackroot Vale on Lothíriel's behalf, who rules Western Gondor in her father Imrahil's stead. Rovalang can be found on the eastern slopes of the Hill of Erech, where he recently witnessed a strange meeting of the Dead and the Living.
