In the north-east of Lake Evendim, a short swim from the mainland of Tyrn Fornech, lies Rantost. At the northern part of the island the ruins of a large estate speak of a wealthy background. The tomb-robbers of Evendim have claimed the island as their base of operations and fiercely protect whatever relics they find here. Transport of relics is done by rowboat to the island. The Rangers of Annúminas have, however, managed to infiltrate the band trying to save the remaining artifacts.

Lore

Given the evidence of the beautiful and extensive structures once built on the island of Rantost, it is strangely devoid of mention in the histories of Arnor.
