Raith is found at south-western Aughaire in Angmar, just by Crannog's seat. Raith is also the Task-master of Aughaire, rewarding adventurers for completed tasks. He wishes to deal with the other hill-men tribe in the area, the Trév Duvárdain, who have thrown in their lot with the iron-crown.
