Quest Talk:Skirmish -- Ill Omens

Most of the quest notes state you have to defeat the Harbinger of the Dead on level or up to 5/8 above to count towards the quest. Did something change this year? Because if I start the skirmish 7 levels below my level, I'm still able to complete a T3 quest (and the normal quest), T3 quest counts towards the deed, and killing the Harbinger counts towards its slayer deeds Tiberivs (talk) 16:46, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
