Here is the old bestowal dialogue from Saija:

The Lossoth-chieftains may have knowledge of what you seek, but they would guard it closely, for fear that the Witch-king will return and bring retribution upon them for the deeds of their ancestors.

If you have truly spoken with the Gaunt King, however, it may be that Yrjänä will be more forthcoming. You should return to him and tell him what you have seen and learned. Perhaps then you will gain his trust.

When you have learned the secret of the chieftains, return to me, and I will give you further guidance.
