"Spoils" rewards are available only once per day; however you still gain the other rewards.

Bestowal Dialogue Skittering down from the Ephel Dúath, a fell creature has taken refuge under the thick trees of North Ithilien. Named Bittergall by the Rangers, this massive spider stalks the lands of Ithilien in search of new prey and a new home to grow her brood. You should defeat Bittergall before her children can overrun North Ithilien. Background Terrible are the great spiders of Middle-earth, and worse still are those that stray from the caverns of the Ephel Dúath. Objective 1 Defeat Bittergall Bittergall can be found to the west of Bâr Aroth wandering under the shadows of the trees of North Ithilien. You have encountered Bittergall and her children and should defeat them before your adventures take you beyond North Ithilien. You have defeated Bittergall and her brood! Objective 2 Defeat Bittergall You have defeated Bittergall and her children, and freed the lands of North Ithilien from her grasp.
