Background Iothete wishes to speak with you about a strange event that took place a year ago. Objective 1 Listen to Iothete's tale Iothete is in his hut in the woods in the Whitshaws. You should speak with Iothete and hear his tale. Iothete: 'This is not a memory I wish to relive, but I will, if it helps you save our land.' Complete the Instance: The Story of a Strange Stone Objective 2 Talk to Iothete Iothete is in his hut in the woods in the Whitshaws. You should speak with Iothete. Iothete: 'There you have it,<name>. A grim and cursed tale, is it not?' The stone Saruman gave Iothete is the key. It is a fragment chipped from the very stone that Núrzum carries with him upon his back. It is the source of the cold spreading throughout Wildermore, for it goes where Núrzum goes. Gárwig must hear of this discovery at once!
