Follow the road west out of Fenmarch until you reach the junction at [66.4S, 58.9W] then head south. After a short distance, there will be a stream on your right; leave the road and follow the stream to [68.3S, 59.6W]. Head west past the waterfall and up the path to the entrance to Gris-shâtroful at [68.2S, 60.0W]. Meregyth is near Fîs, the Boar-tribe Orc-leader, at [68.1S, 60.8W].

There is a flower on the road that resembles the ones you gave to Meregyth Objective 2 Follow the road that leads south and look for Meregyth Meregyth was last seen heading along the road south towards Beaconwatch.
