Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue

'Come to think of it, there are other residents of the Whitshaws who have not been warned of Núrzum's presence. If Gárwig wishes everyone to evacuate to Forlaw, it would be good of you to let them know.

'The fishermen live in a lonely house in the northern plains, at the edge of lake and wood. They are not friendly, but they trade us fish and game every so often. While I do not like them, I do not wish them to be eaten by a giant!'

NOTE: This quest must be completed before the refugees leave the Whitshaws.

Background

Gifemund spoke of two fishermen who often sold goods to the people of Dunfast who are not yet aware of the threat of Núrzum.

Objective 1

Gifemund spoke of two fishermen who live in a house in the Northern Whitshaws, near the edge of the lake and the woods.

You should search for the fishermen's home.

Nobody seems to be home

Objective 2

  • Examine the fishing rack

A fishing rack stands in front of the house in the northern Whitshaws.

You should examine the fishing rack.

The fish on the rack are fresh-caught. Perhaps the fishermen are nearby, catching more fish...
